What is Lokinine?

Lokinine is a poetic form created by Loki for his optimal self-expression. It has the following characteristics:

Nine lines
Three groups of three lines
No fixed word count
No fixed syllable count
No fixed metre
No rhyming (it's not optional)
No title (which would be a 10^th line)
Although there is no overall length restriction, being aware of publishing restrictions of media such as Twitter
Overall structure is open-middle-close
Structure within each set of three lines can also be open-middle-close

Usage of the word "Lokinine"

Lokinine is a singular noun, but the plural is also lokinine. Lokinine is also an adjective.

Who is Loki?

Loki is an ancient Heathen god. He is creative, intelligent, witty and resourceful, and he has a playful sense of humor. He's also the most misunderstood god, poorly labeled as 'trickster' and branded as sly and disloyal. Yet, in both ancient lore and direct experience, he is the most loyal and friendly of gods - unless you betray him first. You have nothing to fear from Loki - unless you deserve it, when he will make your fears come true.
